How did this happen?

It is October! I realized this on Saturday so I got busy working on the embroidery blocks for Lacy's halloween quilt. I got three done Saturday along with everything else I needed to do. Sunday I woke up entirely to early and after a quick cup of coffee I fired up the embroidery machine.

I am very unhappy with these designs. The outlining of the design does not line up. Is that me or was it the designer? It doesn't happen on all the designs and I'm using the same stabilizer and fabric on all the designs. Until I get an answer on this I will not purchase any more designs from that company.

I learned this trick from Betsy. She had left some of the blocks joined like this when she sent me the redwork blocks.

Here are the other blocks.

Have a fantastic quilt-y day!

I think they all look very cute! I don't have an embroidery machine, so I can't comment on the outline problem. Is there a chance it can be the machine having an occasional problem and not the patterns (since it doesn't seem to be present on all of them??)

They are adorable. How big will the blocks be? I with Pat on this one...not a clue about those machines, but I don't think it looks that bad anyway.

Cindy did you email the company? I sure hope it was not the E.L. cause so far their patterns have been the best.
You are really working on that embroidery machine. 64 minutes for a design on mine equals 3 to 4 hours, . Hours I do not have.

What adorable designs!! I have LOTS more halloween designs if you would like some? I've collected freebies over 10 years now.

I've had embroidery do this in the past too...find it frustrating. Did you ever get resolved?
It has been ages since I've fired up my machine...I've been so busy with all else.
