The bag is done. I love this bag and the pattern was super easy.

I will probably use Lucy's method for making straps on any future bags or totes that I make.

The lining I used is from a pattern for a purse and then hand sewed the lining inside the bag.

I did refer to this tutorial from
futuregirl.com when sewing the lining into the bag.

The bag is wonderful Cindy! And I love that you lined it. That is what I do whenever I make a bag. It scares me to think that something "could" fall out between the stitches, not matter how close they are. The lining keeps things from snagging the bag too.
