Lacy's blanket Part 2





When I started Lacy's blanket I wasn't really sure what I wanted it to look like but then I found this picture of a blanket. I love the way the blocks are all different sizes. Now of course Lacy's blanket won't look exactly like this picture because I'm using Bernat Baby Coordinates Sweet Stripes in Strawberry and I'm doing a granny square but it will be close.
Here it is so far.









I have this block to add to this row and I can call that row complete.

That's gonna look *so* cool. I wouldn't have thought of different-sized blocks in crochet - but it works in quilts, so why the heck not?

Your version is really pretty!

The example rainbow blanket is phenomenal! I really respond to all that color. One day I will be good enough to try this myself.

I have neve seen an afghan with different size squares! It is great...I love seeing things that are out of the ordinary...Good job
