I found this link on Ravelry. I love all the patterns and blogs that I can find at Ravelry. The link for this pattern took me to Ambar's webpage. Lots of goodies over there and when Ambar found out I was having difficulty she contacted me. Now how sweet was that? Now that I know what I was doing wrong this is so easy and I can do it without thinking. I love making things that I don't have to continuously count. I am already planning the next shawl using self striping yarn. FUN FUN!! Lacy thinks I should make summer shawls using this pattern also. We will see.
I didn't put much fringe on shawl because I wasn't sure who I would give the shawl to and I didn't want them to be overwhelmed with fringe being in their way.

I'm just all a-giggle as to someone being Overwhelmed By Fringe. (I'm pro-fringe, myself.)
Thanks for being a follower of my blog. You made my day!
I will have to add this shawl to my list to make. Thanks for sharing!
You did a great job. The stitches look nice and even, and that's hard when you're making anything granny. Me, I like fringe. It makes me feel "pretty, oh so pretty!"
Keep up the good work!
