Snowball

I decided I would make the new baby a snowball quilt. Making the blocks was easy peasy but putting the rows together seriously reminded me why I don't like quilts that are in a straight line and have to be lined up. I love applique and can put an applique quilt together and never give it a thought.
Yes, I know I took the picture at an angle, I was trying to hide my mistakes.

Happy quilting!

Cindy, it looks great though I know exactly how you feel since I only applique too 99% of the time. Do you know if she is having a boy or a girl?

That is one reason I like applique as well.....

It looks wonderful...nice and cheerful...fun...bright to stimulate....good job!

I don't know -- it looks good to me. Of course I've always looked at things a little crooked.

I know exactly what you mean! This is when pinning and basting are your best friend. I think this look fine the way it is.

A man on horseback can't see it, and no one else should be looking! as they say

Cute quilt. I love the way snowball quilts turn out and there are so many things you can do with them when you use a second block design.
