Crochet
We have a friend with a new baby girl. Finally! I get to crochet in PINK. So I've made a stroller snuggle, hat and shoes. I made the hat and shoes too big for a newborn but I'm hoping just the right size for a baby girl to wear this winter in MN.

Sweater
Deb offered this great baby sweater. I whipped this little sweater up last night in no time. It was so fun I will be making more in different colors. These itty bitty sweater will be going in my etsy shop. Why can't I find a sweater pattern to fit me that is this easy?

Lacy's blanket Part 6
Lacy's blanket isn't growing as fast as I would like it to. I need to pick up 2 more skeins of the strawberry yarn this week. At Wendy's suggestions, I'm going to try to limit myself to one project at a time. Having just 2 projects hasn't been too bad as I alternate working on a project each night. I still would like to see if I feel better about my projects and their completions if I only have one. I do have to have a baby blanket to finish by June but I can whip that baby out in a flash, I hope.
These 2 blocks will be added to this block.
Happy stitching!

Lacy's blanket Part 3
I'm still working on Lacy's blanket. I have a little over 1 skein of thread to still use on the blanket before I will need to pick up more.
This picture shows the true colors of the thread. Happy stitching!

Lacy's blanket
Remember this yarn? It was bought for Lacy a shawl, then she decided she wanted a blanket instead.
So one of the things I did while waiting for Greg to make his entrance into the world last Friday was start Lacy's blanket. This is the first block of many. ;o
And this is the 2nd block.
For those of you who don't follow my quilting blog, I have a new grandson, Gregory Andrew who was born 1/30 @ 3:38 pm. I know you want to see how cute and cuddly he is.
Here is the whole little family.
Notice Nikolas is trying to put his arm around his Mommy. I thought that was so sweet.
