Table topper

While I should have been working on my BOMs this morning, I wasn't. I thought the boys needed a Halloween topper but I'm very unhappy with it. I did the envelope method and quilted it with loops and squiggles. Why won't it lay down on the edges? Did I quilt to close to the edges?

I like this side the best.

The boys will probably like this side best.

String Quilt No More

The string pieced quilt is no more. In stead it is now a toppers.

First topper

After receiving my topper from Betsy, I had to make one. They are so easy and fun. I can't wait to make some more.

It looks like I used white thread for the quilting but I used pale pink.

Topper

Betsy has made several toppers and I was lucky enough to receive one. I just love it.

It is just beautiful. I emailed Betsy several times asking her questions about the binding as I can't see one stitch on the binding. And just look at the beautiful quilting.
